Assembly Instructions
Step 1. Choose your Powerwash Pole - or use your own Gardiner pole with Section #1 removed.
Step 2. Remove the end cap, open the clamps on the trigger handle and slide on to the base of the pole - remove the #6 inserts first if fitting this to the Powerwash34 pole. Refit the end cap.
Step 3. Slide up the High Pressure hose pack (screw thread end) up the end cap and out through the top clamp. Wrap top thread with PTFE tape.
Step 4. Screw on to the base of the Blue Powerwash adapter and then slide this adapter down into the pole fully and close the clamp to hold in place.
Step 5. Take the 1/4" Female Coupling to 1/4" male screw and wrap PTFE tape around the male thread and assemble in to the Blue Powerwash adapter.
Step 6. Connect your choice of Spray Nozzle to this top connector.
Step 7. Using PTFE tape on the male threads; screw in the 1/4" HP Female Coupling (outlet) and 3/8" HP Male Plug (inlet) fittings to each port on the trigger.
Step 8. Connect the male plug on the pressure hose to the trigger outlet.
Step 9. If using the optional two part Karcher Adapter set - screw the male M22 screw into the female M22 screw. Connect this to the inlet plug on the trigger and this will allow certain Karcher hoses to connect (see this link for image of Karcher hose plug type).
Step 10. Or if using a pressure washer with an M22 outlet select and use the optional High Pressure 3/8" Female Coupling to M22x14 Male Thread Adapter. If using a pressure hose with female 3/8" QR coupling then this should connect direct to the inlet plug fitted to the trigger.
